All Wales Forum & Shared Lives (online) – 11:00am – 12:30pm on the 23/03/2023

  • Together with Shared Lives, we want to ask for 90 minutes of your valuable time to begin to build toolkit that supports voice, choice and control, and ultimately independence.

Celebrating Change Event (hybrid) – Date and time TBC 

  • Celebrate change with us discussing the models and of alternative, flexible carer-led support that are being co-produced and develop action plans as to wear these ideas go next.  
  • The event will be a hybrid event, with an option to join in-person or online
