In November Welsh Government launched 4 consultations under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. The consultations cover:
- Part 2 – General Functions, including Well-being, Population Assessment, Prevention, Promotion of Social Enterprises and Provision of Information, Advice and Assistance
- Part 3 – Assessment and Part 4 – Meeting Needs, including care and support planning and direct payments
- Part 7 –Safeguarding and
- Part 11 – Miscellaneous and General, including Adults and Children in prison, youth detention accommodation and bail accommodation, and Ordinary Residence
