Care & Support at Home – from strategy to action

Social Care Wales has worked in partnership with a variety of stakeholders to develop the five-year strategy for care and support at home in Wales.

Now we want to hear from you. We want to know what you think the most important actions are for the next five years. Please fill in our survey and share your ideas about what needs to happen and when, who needs to be involved and how we will know whether it has made a difference.

You can reach the survey through this link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/casah

Please share this as widely as you can, so that we hear from as many people as possible.

The survey will close on Friday 14 July.

If you have any queries please get in touch:
