Taking place on the 14th April in Cardiff ‘Ask Your Question’ is an inclusive event aimed at giving people with a learning disability and their families and carers the opportunity to ask a panel of experts questions about issues that matter to them.
Ask Your Question is based on the format of BBC Question Time, with specific amendments made to ensure that all audience members feel comfortable in participating. Some of the tools we will be using include graphic facilitators, timekeepers, one page profiles, and audience packs sent out beforehand.
Panel members include:
- Jane Hutt AM – Minister for Finance and Government Business
- Rosaleen Moriarty-Simmonds OBE – Campaigner and Artist
- Joe Powell – Director or All Wales People First
The event will be chaired by Pete Le Grys from Photosymbols.
