Extra help in a power cut
If you need extra help in a power cut, there is emergency support available to you when you need it most.
National Grid’s Priority Services Register offers special help through trusted partners such as British Red Cross. Their services are suitable for elderly, very ill or disabled people, or those who rely on power for medical equipment.
