On the 3rd Nov 2015 the Minister for Health and Social Services, Mark Drakeford, issued an update on the implementation of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, it includes changes proposed to codes following the latest consultation.
Whilst much of the legal framework that supports the act is complete, work still needs to be done to implement and deliver it.
The All Wales Forum will continue to be involved, work with and support Welsh Government and Families to ensure the best possible outcomes and a successful delivery of the act and its aims.
