When caring affects you and your family, Carers Wales is there to provide the information, support and advice you need.

Carers Trust

www.carers.org
Carers Trust in Wales exists to provide action, help and advice to carers throughout Wales.

Carers Trust staff work to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring. With local Network Partners they aim to ensure that information, advice and practical support are available to all carers across the country.

Family Fund

www.familyfund.org.uk
Provider of grants to low income families raising disabled and seriously ill children and young people. They can help with essential items such as washing machines, fridges and clothing but can also consider grants for sensory toys, computers and much needed family breaks.
